Blurr works horrible hours from night to day  and from day to night.  I don't know how he can do it and stay healthy from all that time shifting.

It isn't good.  There is a 60% increase in heart related problems when you work the graveyard shift.

There are many major health issues associated with working at night, even if you don't feel tired and it is part of your "normal schedule."

Those studies also go on to tie people who stay up late and sleep during the day or don't sleep enough in general.

Our generation is night owls in comparison, and younger people tend to stay up later.  But that is why our generations are seen to have more stress and health issues then previous gens.  Some consider the next gen after to be the weakest one yet, which will have more allergy and health problems then ever since modern day and a shorter life expectancy then we have now.  That would be the first time in modern history to see a drop is life expectancy.

That is kinda scary, MasterX.  I remember reading about children in Taiwan having more health issues because of pollution too.
