Something weird happened today, on the last day of school.

Me: *sitting in the cafeteria, which is largely unoccupied*

Weirdo: *sits next to me* It's okay, pal, I'm here, pal, I'm here.

Me: *turns around, confused*

Weirdo: You shouldn't have lunch alone without your friend, so I'm here!

Me: Uh... we don't even know each other...

Weirdo: I know, pal, I know. *suddenly spots another (actual) friend of his, starts yelling, gets up, and I never see him again*
