I need to sneak this in before summer starts... or wait, it did, lol! The artist is itochin d who posted this young woman sneezing.  The translation of their Tweet was, "It's the first day of spring, so it's already spring... Bekkishi! ! 🤧"  The word Bekkishi I think is how they spelled out the sound of the sneeze, which is pretty interesting. They also have a Pixiv account. She is an original character.

That must be a Japanese way of spelling out the sound of a sneeze.  Interesting is right.  I swear I've heard anime girls sneeze that way, with an emphasis on the "b."
