Her natural pose and loosely closed eyes make it look like she's completely unbothered by her sneeze, and I honestly really like that. The scales and feathers are also nicely drawn, and of course, the large nostrils are excellent. I wouldn't expect anything less from a dragon; after all, dragons are often depicted as having a particularly keen sense of smell, thus needing some nice big nostrils to not only support their scenting capabilities but also to take in enough air to support their stereotypically massive body size.

On an unrelated note, the concept of a griffon-dragon hybrid reminds me of a species that a friend of mine over in Fimfiction came up with for his stories: ventus-drakes, dragons with avian qualities not unlike griffon-dragon hybrids. They're frail, but they are fast in the air and are often used as messengers or spies. While I don't read his stories, I do know about them because he and I are members of a Fimfiction group he founded called The Storyboards, where we partake in writing exercises/hypothetical scenarios featuring our OCs.

(Unfortunately, ventus-drakes don't have an especially good sense of smell, so you're unlikely to see them sneezing... unless you clumsily shove your finger up their nostril by accident, as a fellow writer found out during one of our many collaborative writing exercises.
