Her name is Don Quixote after the famous story. Her other self is named Sancho.  Sancho is who she was before joining the Limbus Company. Despite her male name, she is indeed a female.  She is from a game called Limbus Company.  She stars in Canto VII: The Dream Ending. Many of you will recognize this art style as from Miggs, aka, System423.

We are treated to a sneeze glaze, pre sneeze, and a forceful sneeze.  Read from left to right.

I love how in the pre-sneeze pic, her nose seems to grow as it's ready to explode! Awesome facial expressions.
