Just found out, they are re-releasing the Pinkie Pie model in January 2025.

Everyone when they stopped watching MLP by between 2015-2016 which caused the Brony fandom to decline due to the show later focusing more on it’s lore and character development on side characters rather than giving the development to the Mane 6.

^ I'm seeing more activity in fan created art and videos again.  A lot of people coming back and being nostalgic and enjoying the series again.  It's nice to see.

Bluey and MLP are similar in terms of their fanbases right now.  Bluey is MUCH smaller and geared towards a younger base, but a lot of MLP fans who are now parents love Bluey and watching it with their kids.

Though, didn't you guys say that depth doesn't always make a series better and that it's better off for a series staying light and fun? Plus everyone dropped out of MLP between Season 5 and Season 6 when the show started focusing more on it's depth as people preferred how MLP was during it's first three Seasons.

Lol! That is a very blanket statement.  No one said what you said exactly.  The circumstances vary depending on the show.

But you guys told me in the Disney Channel/Disney DX discussion forum that depth, lore, and character development in cartoons does not always interest you such as how some of you mentioned that Disney doesn't do good at doing depth, lore, and character development in their cartoons.

Hence why many people stopped watching MLP between Season 5 to 6 which lead to the Brony fandom to decline in the first place.

I don't know where you are getting this point.  This is unfounded.

But also over time, things will lose relevance and popularity.  It happens naturally.  Has nothing to do with depth or light hearted content. Also not everyone here is "you guys."  We are unique individuals with differing opinions.  You are making blanket statements.

But you said that not every character needs development.

and on that topic, how MLP gave development to Starlight and the Young Six in the later Seasons is what people criticized about the later MLP Seasons due to the fact at how they got too much character development than expected as people preferred MLP when it gives the spotlight to the actual main characters, the Mane 6.

What some people dislikes was them turning their focus away from the Mane 6 and focusing on the Young 6.  Not a lot of people cared for the Young 6.

Then why is it that any of you said that you just sometimes want to watch something light and mindless with hardly any depth and character development and how depth and character development doesn’t always interest you plus saying that Disney doesn’t do good with doing depth and character development in their story driven cartoons?
