What do you guys mean by stay focused and on topic?

Okay, now, it's clear you're trolling. We know you can at the very least comprehend English.

I'm not trolling, I'm talking about it having something to do with why there are shows that did get worst when later becoming more story driven like how that happened with Star vs. The Forces of Evil.

This is your answer. @DEEcat98

It has nothing to do with whether they are good or not with character depth and world building.  It has everything to do with what their goal is with the show and their target audience.  Not everything has to have character depth and world building.  It depends on the situation, DEE.

Since MLP is a kids show teaching morals, do you guys think MLP doing antagonist redemptions which teaches the moral that anyone deserves forgiveness and another chance after they apologized and changed is a good moral especially for towards children?

Some things cannot be redeemed. As a basic teaching for kids though, it is good to forgive.

But at the level some of these criminals were doing things, they should be locked up in prison or worse.

Well, they did put the worst of the worst in Tartarus-- which is essentially a kid-friendly version of Hell, right down to the three-headed dog guarding the entrance.

How about at how Starlight Glimmer was redeemed?

She should have been charged with major crimes and locked up.

But she apologized and changed for the better, and isn’t that a good thing and a good message to kids?

For a kid's show... I guess.

But if that were real, they should be locked up for good... or worse.  Imagine subjugating a population and trying to kill Twilight, and her only punishment is.... nothing.  Simply because she apologized.  That wouldn't fly.

But what about for social media?

People don’t even decide to unblock someone after they apologized and say that they have changed and instead leave them blocked permanently.
