I think that is the exact reasoning.  Funny, like Rarity isn't drawn much, but she is written about a lot.  Fluttershy gets neither.  Same with Pinkie Pie.

I plan on writing something for Pinkie Pie.

I think Rarty gets written for because it's fun to see a "classy" and uptight mare be all messy and sneezy.

I think you are right on about Rarity.

But I am trying to think personally why Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy don't interest me as sneezers.  I just don't feel an urge to see content of them.  Maybe it's their personalities?

Maybe it's because Pinkie wouldn't care. She just sneezes. Doesn't let it bother her. She doesn't see it as embarrassing. And she's not exactly a loud sneezer either.

Fluttershy's are too soft I guess for our tastes. He's shyness and meekness would make for an adorable tale, but in the end, even that isn't enough to save it from just being boring.

Writing, I will say, is easier to write something quick, even for characters you don't care about as much, and the people who do like those characters will appreciate it.  Drawings doodles is the same was as dabbling is for writing.

I know that feel. I don't know if I'll post it. I can't connect the two parts I have even though I know what I want to happen. I just can't think of the words to write. It all comes out stupid to me.
