I made this using generative ai of Harley Quinn in the style of Harley from the "Harley Quinn" tv series... Great if you want to see a character from something sneeze, but terrible for copyright and whatnot.
As long as you don't wish to monetize or distribute it, you're in the clear, but for those who
do, they might do well to protect themselves under the "parody and fair use" clause of copyright law.
