Blonde Blazer is a character from the video game Dispatch. She is a super hero who in this scene has a cold and is sick, but she still shows up to work. Robert is the dispatcher who tells the superhero which jobs to do in the game. Here is Mr. Dark's description.
"Robert told her to not come to work if she is so sick, but the team needs her, and a hero's work doesn't rest, despite having a cold/flu."
