Okay, this is actually really well done. Clearly it wasn't just a generation and done.  I think we found a very talented creator here!

The creator is Thermidor. They present to us very messy double sneeze from a character named Amane Suou from "The Fruit of Grisaia." Lovely build up and a fabulous messy sneeze complete with mucus/snot. The second sneeze just builds off the mess of her first and it gets messier! It is an absolute dripping mess when she is done! Would you help wipe her up?

She covers her sneeze very poorly, lol! She leaves so much space for the spray to go everywhere, and likely she knows she is a messy sneezer. She should have a better covering method by now.
