Eleanora's Sneeze! Bee Through The Nostrils! (F)

This I assume is the cover to a book. I tried searching for it but found nothing about it. So I can at least lead you to the creator's profile. I believe the artist is from India.

I love how the bumble bee flies through the female cat's nostrils and it's leading us to a teasing shot of Eleanora just about to sneeze! I would love to see more, but sadly there doesn't appear to be more.
