Hey guys!! It's no secret that it's been quite some time that I've done sneeze art. And though I've *still* yet to upload the silly stuff that Erudi and I did over the summer, here's a few little things I did for my Tumblr blog last week! A few people sent requests in for me (one of which I'm still planning to work on once I have the time), which I was happy to fulfill and wanted to share here, too.

The first was a request for me to draw one of my OCs with a bad cold. Luckily, I've been developing my character Ariel, an athlete in training, in just that particular scenario! So here she is with her girlfriend, Willow.

The second was for me to draw either Pearl or Peridot miserably sick. I opted to victimize the small Dorito (as many people have been doing lately), so this was the finished product, and these are a few near-identical warm up sketches I did.

And finally, I was asked to draw a character that I considered to be a guilty pleasure favorite sneezing! I had several ideas of who I had wanted to do for this, but I had just seen Trolls that day, so I decided to draw their leader, Poppy. Honestly, this didn't come out looking great (the Troll anatomy is deceptively easy to draw), so this is pretty sloppy. But I like the final expression nonetheless!

Hope you guys enjoy this! I'm already hard at work planning out my Secret Santa and am hoping to do more sneezy art as we move through the last part of 2016.  ;D

They are all wonderful, but I really love that first one! :D  I love seeing your work PAWS.  You always bring so much emotion to the table when you draw.  I absolutely love them. :)

As always, you have a very nice drawing style.  I think the first one is my favorite, and her funny expression as the end.  Awesome work, Paws!

Wow! I have to say, your art is very pretty. I like the first set, very nice sneeze and after expression. I'm not into anthro that much, but even I have to say, they look really pretty. Love how you drew them.

The SU stuff is adorable. I've been wanting to write a SU sickfic with Peri, but I've been having trouble figuring out a setup. But with winter around the corner, I gots some ideas. Caring Pearl is awesome, she's so motherly and doting. And Peridot is just so cute, love her sneeze expression. Even a drawing of her blowing her nose! Adorbs.

The Trolls one is nicely drawn, I haven't seen that movie. I've been skeptical about it. But really great expressions leading up to the release. You really have a talent with that, Paws. You always make such lovely drawings.

I love you artwork, Paws.  I don't know how to word this other then this.  Your work always seems to be cared for, thoughtful, and endearing.  It makes me think of someone who puts a lot of time and thought into how they want to draw something, and then when you do, it is carefully done in a very pretty way.  Pretty is a great way to describe it.

Now I hope you don't take this as a negative, but when I was growing up, I loved being read big picture books.  I could totally see your beautifully designed characters in a picture book being read to kids the world over!  They are beautiful, delightful, charming, and so fun to look at.

Can I also say I really like your current avatar?  Who is that character?

These all came out well, but I really like the first one especially.  Good motion in the second one with Peridot's arm going up too.

Ahh, thank you all so much!! >w< Your feedback really means the world. And I always love seeing what you guys have to say!

@Death Blossom -- Trolls wasn't a spectacular movie by any means, but the characters were really cute. I hope you write something soon! I'd love to see what you come up with.

@APD -- By no means is that a negative! I'm actually extremely flattered that you said that, APD. One of my future hopes is that I'll be able to illustrate a picture book.

@RainySunshine -- The character in my avatar is my fursona/mascot character, Inkwell! It was a commission I just recently got from a good friend of mine.

Paws, you are fantastic and wonderful.  Now let me talk about your art.  Your art is wonderfully fantastic, and so personal.  I feel that each one represents you on the page.  You do a wonderful job at expressing the feelings on the page for each character.  Always enjoy your art.  Keep following your passion and dreams.

0_0 Poppy sneezing is an idea that I love, but honestly out of all the things you drew the first one with your own characters is my personal favorite. Both girls have a really good design overall, and the sweet personality of Willow is awesome to me. I can totally see her taking care of a grumpy, irritated athletic friend. Athletes that I know personally hate being sick because it ruins productivity. Sneezing while running or trying to shoot or throw a ball is a terrible combo for them, but awesome for sneezy scenarios. I wouldn't mind seeing Willow herself sneezing if you imagine her later catching the very cold she is trying to help care for.

Periodot and Pearl look nice in your style :) Poor Peri.
