But it's true in real life too.  Like you can find this girl attractive or something, but then a huge deal breaker may be she smokes and then all that hype you gave yourself disappears.... at least that is what happens to me.

Well Dash isn't outwardly cute. Her design would only be cute because she shares the exact same cute base design other characters have. Fluttershy say was designed to be cute, with her eyes, personality and hair. Dash wasn't explicitly designed to be cute. People think she's cute because they like her.

I get you.  Just like Rarity was designed to be "beautiful" in appearance compared to say, Twilight or Pinkie.

Yeah. Except I feel like Rarity is "fake pretty". We've seen her without her fake eyelashes and make up and she just looks plain :/ I think Applejack and Fluttershy have a kinda natural beauty to them lol. But das just me being bias cuz I like Applehorse and ButterflyButt.

I like Applejack.  She'd be naturally pretty.  Like, she could wake up with bed head, be gorgeous in my mind, or working out in the fields, be pretty.... if she was human.

We sort of are.  We are discussing "cute" characters, which in turn can be pretty and beautiful and all that jazz.
