Just saw this on Derpi by Eulicious/gambler83 when searching the "ill" tag. It's a sick, red nose (yass) AJ being fed some soup by the kind Rarity. It kinda reminds me of this piece, What in the Hay, but with the roles reversed.

AJ: "Thank ya fer taking care of me. Ah know ya've more important things to do."
R: "Don't worry about it, darling. I'll always be there for you."

They did some things nicely like the shading of Rarity's tale, but some things are off, like the faces and shape.  Thanks for sharing.
