Oh my gosh.  2024 is nearing it's end.  I think 2024 was a good year overall.  I'd give it a solid 7.

But if I rate it based on the national economy, world events, etc, I  would give it a 2...

Hmmmm.  I will give it a 6 for me personal.  That combines everything.  I mean it was average, but I really got closer to a friend this year.  Soooo... yeah, I think it's slightly better.  But yeah, economically and things going on the world, it's bringing the score down.
