I'm still employed with my current job but my schedule and wages aren't really what I want them to be and I've made it clear I want changes. I'm starting to see just how much the higher ups of this company don't really care so that's making me want out.

Hey boys.  I hope you searches go well.  There are a lot of jobs out there right now, but so many people applying for them.  We got like record amounts of people looking for jobs because of bad leadership.  We went from having record amounts of money and good living wages, to the opposite. :P  UGH.  So sad.  I'm bumming myself out.

You aren't wrong though.  Record wage growth under Trump, companies were giving people raises, the economy was humming beautifully.  Biden.  Opposite.  No jobs, tons unemployed, inflation.... But hey.  Let's be happy for all we have.  We are all blessed people and we get to come here and chat. :D

I hope so.  But you know the leftwing leaders in control will do all they can to keep control and lockdowns.  They have nothing positive to show for, so they will use the ongoing pandemic as long as they can for all their excuses.
