Well, to be fair Starlight is very much superior to Twi (in my eyes) (^:

Twilight shy about glasses is cute.

Also, Starlight is better at magic than any unicorn we've seen in show. She has a lot of raw potential. And that was without any training. Personally, I've never been interested in Twilight. And Starlight is just a dumbass in my eyes, but still cool.

So starting from part one and onward to part three, here are some things I noticed.

Part 1.

* Someone asked if they could "lick Greg."  It seems like oddly enough the community like the OC, Greg.  But Twilight blushes in this scene and says no to the user.  Spike then says it is because Twi wants to lick Greg.  Romantic feelings?

* Several users ask how Spike and Star are, Twilight pulls a Hillary Clinton and acts like she has no idea what they are talking about.  She also called Starlight, "Glim Glam."  That term has not been used in the comics.

Part 2

* Rarity gives Twilight a giant paper bag to cover herself fully instead of revealing lingerie.  Sad.

* Twilight implies Lyra and Bon Bon are friend roommates, just as Octavia and Vinyl are.

* A person calls out the blog and calls it horrible.  I think that was a smart thing to share to viewers, and she played it back perfectly with a kind "smack in the face" response by acting all nice about it.

* Already known, but Twilight is straight.  A person using the name Pirate Rainbow Dash asked if  she wanted to make out with her, Twi said no.

Part 3

* Person asked if Starlight is best horse, Spike jumps in and says, yes, then retracts to say Starlight is second to Twilight.  He seems nervous... and this also implies romantics maybe with Starlight.

* Twi taking Spike on a trip?  Future story arc?

* Twilight in librarian glasses.  She also implies she needs glasses but chooses not to wear them because it makes her look, "dorky."

Thanks for breaking all that down.

I guess I am happy to see that Lyra isn't BonBon's lover in this comic, and same with Vinyl and Tavi.  It seems like they might actually develop them someday.  No hands.

I have no reason to believe that Lyra/Bonbon or Tavi/Vinyl are anything but friends in this series, but nothing has said they aren't more then friends either.

Lyra and BonBon though, even in the show they're pretty...close.

Possibly a nod to Tara Strong's role as Barbara "Batgirl" Gordon.   Those who saw the  recent "The Killing Joke" film and thought Barbara working in a library was a nod to Twilight Sparkle forget that she wore glasses and worked as a librarian since her debut way back in Detective Comics #359 (1967).  Of course, in proper show continuity, while her Equestria Girls self wears glasses, the "real" Twilight does not.

Is Greg really all that special?  I have no problem with him, but why do people seem to like this guy so much?
