Now some may view that as inappropriate, and yes, it is.  But Twi was also enjoying it, hence why she didn't stop him right away.  Interesting descriptions.   Very clever comic idea.  I've never seen this done before.  Watching Spike's expressions including Twi's as he is doing this is great.  I love Spike's final face in the last panel.  He is truly horrified. 

Thankfully, it seems things never last with them for long, so by the next comic, everything will be A-okay!

I feel like she's telling the truth, she was probably gonna tell him to stop once aw felt him going... Further than he should. She was probably just caught up in the moment of getting complimented on her butt for once.

Is this seriously like one of the only times she's gotten complimented?  Sad.  Well, she at least has decent assets according to Spike.  Poor guy is probably traumatized.

Spike was going pretty in detail there.  I must say this was a real original comic idea I think.  I've never seen this before.

The sculpture is called, "The morning After."  Yep, I think that thing about sums it up.

This one made me laugh a loud.  I loved seeing Twilight so happy for a few moments.   Then the complete horror and shock in the last panel.  This comic does such a good job with pacing and expressive jokes.

It might be covered under Not Blood Relatives.  I mean, though Twi raised him from an egg, Spike is not her son, but he's more than a pet.  He's described as a "friend" and an "assistant" in  websites and promo material.  Still... were lines crossed?  Even in the parent series, Spike crushes unapologetically on Rarity... and this comic implies he has an appreciation of the female Pony form.  Possibly a semi-continuance of the "first butt you ever felt" talk from two strips ago.

But I also view this series as not being THE SERIES.  Yes, there are similar stories and the events of the show seemed to have happened, but things are different here.  I don't know how to fully explain it.

A different continuity... where Ponies are allowed to smoke, drink, and sexually experiment.  Like MC2, where Spider-Man and Mary Jane are married with two kids.  Think of it as Equestria after hours, where Ponies stop being polite... and start being real.

I do enjoy this series mightily.  I feel it is very strong with a sense of direction and it is trying to express stuff to us.  Most people, it goes over their heads the deeper message of struggling with body issues, being alone, single, etc.  I am seeing various vices also being added.  Note, with these vices, they never get happier for the long term, which can be a message in that too.

Ponies are allowed to smoke in canon. There's a pony who's cutie mark is a pipe and I'm guessing if they make novelty blow pipes there must be real ones as well.
