Moondancer coughs, but I don't think she is sick, just a cough.  Very cute comic today!  Spike reveals that Twilight always catches colds during flu season and spreads them.

Typo in panel two. "Sense" should be "since".

But hm, Flu's aren't usually depicted as sneezy in media. They're usually just shown as fever, cough and lethargy. Which is accurate in real life I believe, Flus don't really cause sneezy-ness.

But Spike did say "cold". So who knows. Twi's face though in panel 3 was great. Maximum annoyance.

I love the names of some of those medicines.  "Cold Killer!  Murder your cold!"  Also that description on the "Down Ur Throat" box...

It reads like some cold box from a Rockstar GTA game.

It's painful as in you ache everywhere. Like literally everywhere. Everything hurts.
You don't want to move, you just want to stay in bed. Your joints can be sore in some people, same with back.
Can cause headaches, and chills I believe. And you just feel like garbage. At least with colds you can function pretty well with just annoyances of being sick and stuff.

I've only gotten the flu like once I think, during that swine flue epidemic thing. But I just kinda slept through a lot of it.

I had a real bad fever about 2 years ago in Junior year. I spose the flu would be that mixed with like... the vomiting and other stuff I spose. More mucus and bodily fluids I assume?

It's why I dislike the whole "o no the cold turned into a flu" thing. Since it doesn't make sense.

based on that chart, that one time we saw Vinyl, she had a cold. 


Spike and Twi sort of mixed flu and cold around as in a generalization of "sicknesses."  But my guess is Twilight gets colds.  Spike said so the first time, sticking with that.

I mean, the way I saw it was that even though it's flu season, it's kinda just like... you still usually get sick with colds, and unless you're unlucky (I spose) you get the flu.

Hope we get to see that. Nice to see continuity in the show. A few comics ago it was autumn. Now it seems they're going into winter.
