Hmm. I had a hard time actually reading what his name was, but I did read Javan. I'm not sure. I've explained above what I think. He could be either or. But he looks sleazy. Kinda odd. I would have thought they'd try and subvert a bit. Like, Greg is obviously nice because he looks nice. This guy if he turns out to be untrustworthy and a jerk it's clearly plain to see. He looks like a douche. Even without dialogue, you would peg him as a douche.

What thing this series does, and does well though, is doing the unexpected.  Sure we might think he is bad, but they will want us thinking that... then in the long run maybe, he isn't bad.  What if Greg is actually the turd (I doubt that)?

It's only been a comic, so we will need to see more of Javan before we can properly access who he is.  When we have material to judge him by, then we can.
