There are seatbelts, they are lower on their body.  Panel 4 does show a clear seatbelt.  Really, this is the most unimportant thing to discuss when they are going through this pretty important arc. The whole series has lead to this moment.

It's a seatbelt.  Same place as the one Coco has. 

I think they just didn't care in having to draw a seatbelt in each panel, and of course, that is the main thing people are talking about instead of the actual MAIN STORY ARC happening.  Even outside of PSF, people are mainly talking about the seatbelt...

I think that solved it nicely for the viewer.  Years have led to this moment.  I am sure they will still have meets together, but it will be a much happier tone, which I am all about. :D

It was good.  I think it wrapped it up rather fast, but given how low the tolerance is for people (the fandom) to enjoy story driven content in this series, I think they did a good job.  It's a shame how little people interact if the comic isn't funny.  They only seem to interact if it's funny, not story driven.

Exciting.  That will be fun.  It hasn't really been explored by them yet.
