Hmmm.  ^ That sneeze would have been awhile ago if it were the case.  She went around a whole day with that booger in her nose.  Maybe more sneezes made it bigger and she didn't realize it?

The whole comic is sexual in nature here.  Peanut.... nut.  Spike's gonna nut.  Lily tells him to try something new.  He says it's wet and moist.  She encourages him to go through with it then he is pleased when they are done. The whole thing is sex.
