I am sure when they redo going over the Benelux, they will sneak in more cities, even if they are scenery.
They've done dense locations like the Bay Area. But even then, they didn't really include Oakland or San Jose. But the new portions of the map show they will probably do it right when they redo it. A lot of it seems empty still, but it's mainly the old portions.
Los Angeles and it's metro is dense, but it doesn't really seem like it currently.
Seattle metro is very dense, and they showed Bellevue as a scenery locations when driving across the floating bridge heading east. They have the other major cities as locations like Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, and Olympia. So they did squeeze it all in even though it feels bare and squished in spots.
Other than that, there are no super dense locations yet in ATS.

That would be shockingly difficult if it's a tight parking lot filled with cars going in and out and pedestrians. I'd be up for the challenge.
We already have STDS filled with trials like that. The last SCS's game before THE BIG ONE*, by the way. It would be good to make a re-release of STDS after updating it to 2022 standards , maybe even with introducing the current Scania generation in there. *Admit, ETS 2008 and all 18WoS games did not gain so much popularity as ETS2.
