I know this won't be a shock to anyone.  But it is official...
SCS is already developing Nebraska.
SCS won't publicly state this until after a few more DLC releases.

Does anyone know if Italy has open borders with Slovenia?  Looking at street view, it looks like they at one time had infrastructure for border checkpoints, but at street view, all the checkpoints look old and abandoned.  Even the main motorways access points.

There is free travel now between the two nations.  They closed border restrictions in the early 2000s.

Also, notice how B&H has only one point of connection with the sea — if not the agreement with Croatia, B&H could remain the landlocked country.

This is a part of the world I don't know very well.  I've already spent more time looking at maps there then I ever have in my whole life, and I never noticed B&H actually had a waterfront!  It's kind of silly because if you look at the map, if you don't want to have to go through border checkpoints, you can technically stay in Croatia and driver around.

It seems the question has been answered.   I think this region will be fun to explore.  But not of course, we have the issues happening in Moldova..... You are realize this is a prolonged start to possibly a bigger war right?  :P  Ugh.  I don't want to say World War...

I know this won't be a shock to anyone.  But it is official...

I was thinking it was too early to report this, but I guess now that you did... Yeah, it's officially under development.

Good info and I am excited to also learn more about this region.  It is pretty much the most overlooked region of Europe. I wonder why that is?  It has a pretty fascinating history from what I know.

<3 <3 Valentine's Event Concluded <3 <3

The community goal of 500,000 deliveries was actually completed before <3 Valentine’s Day <3 itself and that is absolutely amazing!  Over a million jobs were completed and over 243,000,000 miles driven!  These numbers are truly incredible and everyone unlocked the rewards of  the creepy Trucker Cupid and Box of Chocolate rewards! Additionally, all the new paint jobs were updated to the Valentine’s Paint Job Pack for each game. Great driving everyone!

That creepy Cupid Trucker is going to be watching me everywhere I go... and everything I do in that truck.  Everything.

So, after a small teaser made three months ago, there is official announcement!
That view from the drone inside the production line instantly brings the 10th level of Half-Life to my mind ;D.

@Captain Ridiculous That is a pretty heart-filled post you have there, lol!   <3

----------------------------

I know some people really like trailers, but they honestly don't mean anything to me.  I don't notice the difference of what is being towed behind me.  I bought a few trailers for my garages but I never use them because of all the extra steps needed to pick up deliveries.

Cool it adds more realism to the world, but it's not that interesting to me.

It is still not clear what exactly trailers will be added as Wielton products, but I can surely say the dump trailers are not my type. ;D

He's actually a government spy camera. ;)

I get that, I really do.  But what it really shows is the health of the game.  When companies want to be in your game, that usually means there is long term success guaranteed to some degree. :D It's also possible that SCS is getting some money from this as well, as these companies might make deals of licensing.

In case you forget all the reworks in ETS2 (I know I forget them), AP 101 Gaming has a decisive video about it.  And best of all, it's quick!  It finally explains the Germany updates to me very simply.  I was also not aware Calais, France was updated... or I forgot about it.  I still remember how it looks from the old game.  Haven't been that way in awhile.

As a side note, we might be hearing about the California rework sometime this year.  I do think we will see OK, KS, and Nebraska before the next part of California is done.  I am not sure if they will make a central California update and then a Southern California update?  I guess we will find out.

Forgive me everyone, I am going to share a bunch of random pictures.  First, Euro Truck Simulator 2.  I was on an industrial kick and taking photos of the industrial landscapes (mostly nuclear reactors) just for fun.  It's real cool how this game can be used for taking photos of things 'professionally' if you want too.  I love that.  All these photos are in Eastern Europe.  I've really been traveling and having fun out there in-game.

And for something silly I found along a main road in Spain.  Oops.

Then I did the same thing in American Truck Simulator.  I did a Western State tour!  From Utah, to Montana, then to Washington, Oregon, California, and back again to Montana!  I even found a new secret road.  Plus there was some police activity in Idaho.

Plus I took some scenery pics.  Some I feel would be a part of some silly "artistic" collection titled, "Americana" or something, lol.

And for some humor, I saw this blocking the freeway.  No idea how this happened to the NPC.
