^ Those engines I believe first came into the game with the release of Wyoming.  They had a large train yard and added those as switching vehicles.  It even appears on the one you photographed.  I am willing to bet the photo you took here is actually part of a train yard or facility.  :)

Making a prediction: some of you will surely try to find one of these places on the map ;D.

There we go.  We got ourselves a city post. Thanks for posting.

Well there aren't many cities and towns in Oklahoma, so this shouldn't be too hard right?  Lol.  Well, essentially all the small towns in the states are virtually the same.  A small main street, and lots of churches.]

YES!!! They have the town of Guymon, which is on the Oklahoma panhandle, that silly piece of land that sticks out like the handle of a pot.  It is a strange region of tiny towns, the biggest being Guymon.  It means they are continuing Route 66. Images 2 and 4 are Guymon on the SCS blog.

SCS of course would choose Texhoma.  They love names that have parts of other states or city names from other states in them. ;D  We will probably have like five Springfield's by the time ATS is done.

I've never seen anyone get so excited about Guymon being in a video game..... also I don't think Guyman has ever been in a video game. ;D  What a nerd. ;)

Texahoma is another Oklahoma panhandle city.  The panhandle is infamous for being a region of extreme population decline because there are no economic centers there.  No jobs besides farming, and none of the young kids want to be farmers.  A strange thing is that Texahoma has the Oklahoma/Texas border split right through it and because of that, each side the town is split on is separated as it's own incorporated town.  So there is a Texahoma, Oklahoma and a Texahoma, Texas.  Maps below explain it better.

Each tiny town has it's own government and city hall.  The OK version has a small old building along their main street.  The TX version of the town has a tiny house with a garage as it's city hall. ;D

Just a totally useless and random fact for my friends here.

 [excited]

SCS will not pass up including the town of Hooker north of Guymon.  It will probably be a scenery town you drive by.  HOOKER.

I've learned more about Oklahoma in these two posts, then I have the past year.

Good stuff guys.  Thanks for the random info.  Thankfully many of those images SCS provided have the town name in them. ;D

Two towns of under 1,000 people and they have two separate governments.  What a mess of government waste.  You would think they would make a deal with each state to just incorporate as one town to save money, and not have two separate serves for each town!  Then they could combine their population and be a town of over 1,000!!! WOWWWW!! ;D

Texahoma is a scenery town most likely, but it will have a truck stop.  Seems they have a truck stop there.

A lot of blog post commentors were begging for a new MAN TGX for years, but... once again, ATS is proven to be a primary game for truck fleet updating.
So, for a price of reduced fuel tanks ;D we got some updated exterior details, more different and very detailed interiors (notice the different beds in smaller and longer sleeper) and the red long chassis!
Also, don’t miss the interior trim options, if you want/don’t want to have wood or plastic on the dashboard.

^ SOOOO AWESOME!!!! I love this truck, probably my fav in terms of looks.  It's just a classic American truck!  I cannot wait for this!!  Buying ten right now. ;D

I am amazed how slow the ETS2 side of development is.  The MAN TGX feels like it has been hung on a string in front of fans for years,

Looking forward to trying this.  I took some photos of my old W900's a few weeks ago and will compare them with the new one side by side.

So does it upgrade the W900 I already have?  Or do I have to rebuy it?

I think it's just a texture and visual upgrade.  I assume it will just replace the old version with the new one and most will be none the wiser.

Your truck is replaced by the updated one, but you may need to visit the service station to reinstall some tuning options, which could be set to default position after the updated truck got new doodles in its model. For example, the aerodynamic fairings on the sleeper can disappear, since now they are separate part, and not installed by default.
