I do think San Jose should be in the game, even if it's more visual than anything.  It's a connecting point for major freeways out of SF and Oakland.  I just don't think it adds much as a city in the game in terms of delivery jobs.  I guess you can transport electronics or have some service company depots, but otherwise, I cannot imagine much for it.

Most don't know this, but San Jose is actually the largest city in terms of population compared to San Fran and Oakland.

Call me boring, but I love these more in-depth blog posts from the team, to see how they do things.  Love this.

Thanks for posting the blog post!

Those buildings in the far right image are buildings in Wichita.

I find it weird how much time they are spending talking about Kansas over Oklahoma.  It leads me to wonder if they are contemplating releasing them at the same time?  Or like... a bundle?

Nice blog post though.  I enjoyed reading it all.  They said they will be making grass like we've never seen before. ;D  Only a game full of truckers would care about new types of grass.  It's actually funny. ;D

It is likely a blog post will come out, if not Thurs, then Saturday over Friday.

We already have two weeks of beta testing, so the release can happen even today. ;D
But, I think there will be one more week.

I don't want to rain on your idea, but it is unlikely they will release them at the same time.  ^b-

I think there will be a bit more of a wait still.  There is nothing in the SCS forums that leads me to believe the release is within the next few days.  People are still talking about issues that need to be fixed.  So SCS has some work still. :)

The updated locations from Switzerland look much much better than existing ones ;D. I predict the update will come out with patch 1.48.

The Alps update looks really nice.  I like the varied motorways and the sense of scale and elevation.

Thank you.  It is a very nice looking update so far.  Some of the grass areas still need work though for sure in that Alps update.
