I remember one of my first impressions from Baltic DLC, where I was driving around and thinking that something is missing. After several hours of driving I took an order outside that DLC area, and quickly realized that something... were climbs and descents. ;D

Yeah, I wasn't too big on the Baltics DLC at first because it was so flat and everything looked kind of the same.  But over time I learned to appreciate it when I went into towns and cities and really looked at things, all the little details.

That is what I do now and I am sure I will do the same with Kansas and other 'boring' states.

All latest DLCs have a massive number of small details, so I believe the developers will not disappoint us.

Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, etc are very very very VERY boring states to most.

What makes North and South Dakota maybe more interesting is they take more from Wyoming and Montana in that they seem more untamed with lots of wilderness.  Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Iowa are fully developed with corn and farm fields.  It's mostly all rural, but there isn't much mystique in the the American west.  These states are flat prairies.

Also, none of new states mentioned by you will increase the maximum available distance of cargo delivery ;D ... before Louisiana and other Southern states will be introduced.
The same with new European countries... only the suspended DLC will help ;D.

I don't think a lot of our members here realize that if they weren't big fans of the Baltics DLC because it was to flat . . . well, the HoR DLC would also be SUPER flat.  I think they are excited for the cultural changes though.

Luisiana

Louisiana! This is a hard state to spell.  I give you so much credit, especially since you don't live in the States.  Imagine me trying to spell and know the geography of your home country. ;)  Edit: Ha!  I got ya before the edit!

Another tough one for many is Mississippi.

In grade school, I remember the kids in our class would go around asking other kids how to spell Mississippi.  I guess we were all lame kids because who goes around asking that?  Well they had learned a way to remember how to spell it and flexed their spelling skills by asking others.  They also always said it very fast. Mississippi.  Once you remember it like this M-iss-iss-ippi, it's a fairly easy one to spell.

I know a similar example — Azerbaijan is much easier to spell if you divide it into Azer, Bai and Jan.

Speaking about this picture:

My first thought was about the update for 389, but the comment says about Yosemite National Park.
Anyway, since any of the following posts can be the introducing of the long-awaited GUY TGX 2020, now I have to make money for buying it ;D.

Interestingly, just after making a screenshot in this... rock quarry, the first loading screen I have seen was a screenshot from the same location, although, from the different POV ;D.
