I know they are purposely not showing us yet, but the MAIN draw to this Nordic Horizon's DLC is the Norwegian coastline.  We want rugged, remote, coastline!  I want to see weather that actually influences waves that occasionally splash across the road!

It will fall in line with our scheduled time frame we predicted.

It might be early to mid November for 1.53.

The number of reworked roads can put some map expansion DLCs into shame ;D. Ehrenberg is out this time (Wikipedia says it’s 20 times smaller in population than Blythe ;D), also, the coastline in LA is moved a little to fit more streets. Finally, all entrances to the state have the agricultural inspection (can’t say I am glad to stop one more time ;D), and we have a lot of these little appendixes with depots.
As for upgrades not connected with European game — since they have added the manually movable axles (I can’t see much sense in them right now), maybe the weight control system may be changed in the future.

WOW.  SCS, you continue to amaze me.

Ehrenberg was a waste of space.  Even back when this game released, I thought they should have included Blythe (which in reality is also a waste of space, lol)

It's coo they added manual axels, but that is not something I will probably ever use. It has no effect in what I do.

So the rework team is either going to work on Arizona or Nevada next.  Place your bets!  [excited]

Wow! So maybe like 2 to 3 more weeks before release?

My bet is Nevada next for ATS.  BeneLux for ETS2.

My bet is Nevada next for ATS.
For me, Nevada is first in the list of states humiliated by the latest California update ;D.
Since the rescale in late 2016, we only had reworked Las Vegas and connections with new state DLCs... and new roads from existing states (mostly from California).
Ehrenberg was a waste of space.  Even back when this game released, I thought they should have included Blythe (which in reality is also a waste of space, lol)
What if... it was added only to have the announced number of names on Arizona’s map back then? Later, after adding a new mountain road with Clifton, Ehrenberg was needed to have at least one name between Pho and LA (to not make the map look like in the first 18WoS game), and now both its missions are complete ;D.

P.S. Since we had a release of the new truck recently, here is a walk-around video.

I might actually try the open beta for the first time.

Nevada is next for the redo.

Major spoiler information below.

SPOILER BELOW

SPOILER BELOW

SPOILER BELOW
In the latest 1.53 files for ATS, British Columbia assets have been added to the game including a connecting road from Washington into Canada.  This confirms that SCS is planning to work on Canada (likely to reach Alaska).  Will this be a new team being added to ATS? We aren't sure yet, but the game files and map don't lie.  They are working on something they don't want people to know about.  This are hidden very deep.
