While the ETS2 crowd is excitedly awaiting the greece DLC, there is conversation in the ATS forums which is far more important.  They are discussing how to pronounce the company name NAMIQ.

"If Dynamiq is supposed to be a dynamite pun, then maybe NAMIQ is pronounced more like na-MIQ instead of NAM-iq."

Yes.  The tip of the trucking iceberg.

Here is a new stream where the hosts interview the lead developer of the California Rework.  Seems like an interesting topic.  I have not listened to it yet, but I will try after work.  I think they will likely give hints at what is next, even though MasterX has already told us what is next.

Since the WoT servers are under maintenance today, the 1.53 update is coming

It was them ending the WoT events.  That is what they said in the California stream.  They said it confused a lot of players thinking it was 1.53 coming, but it wasn't.

We got two big things to look forward to this Christmas.  Greece and the complete California Rework.  Will Missouri also still come out this month?  I am leaning towards early 2025 now.

We still go all of December for Missouri... but it does seem to have slowed.  I think Greece and California is enough honestly.  They can save Missouri for next year, unless they really want to push three ATS DLC's a year.  It will become easier as states get smaller.

I think it's almost a personal goal by SCS to get three in one year.  That isn't including the California reworks either.

ETS2 will have the German rework and Greece.

Next year will be Nordic Horizons and BeneLux most likely.

If there will be no Missouri DLC this year, at least I hope to see the finished Kenworth T680 soon — it’s almost a year since its debut, and we still don’t have all cabs/chassis .
