Of course, there was a stream with pressing of traditional button.
In addition to the new map expansion, we have a new paintjob pack and several new cargoes for existing Heavy Cargo Pack.
Now I am going from Bitola to Athens (Vlorë is also a good starting point — they made a long curvy road from this city to Greek border). As the very first impression, fully yellow and mixed colour mountains can be in the same area with fully green ones, as like they have personal sun ;D — someone even puts the sun panels there.

As one of earlier blog post have said, the developers put a lot of efforts into the new buildings. Can’t argue with that ;D.

Downloading.  Cannot wait to play it.... this weekend.

Ugh. Why do they release these during the work week?

Taking a ferry to Crete, I could not just choose the city where I had a delivery — when you have enough time, it’s better to depart to other city, and then go on that sole road between them. Of course, Chania has several smaller non-accessible cities around (we have seen them a lot in the last year’s DLC), but also you can look at these young palm trees (?) and... cats! Luckily for them, the roof is not metal — I am afraid how hot it could be in that case ;D.

Speaking of cities, Kavala allows to look at it from inside. Here you can finally find the copy-and-pasted houses ;D.

Great photos!! To be fair to the developers, a lot of buildings in Greece are pretty similar, so from afar, repeating looks fine. ;D

I love how cheap the new DLC is too!  Just $9.59USD!!

That bridge will probably be one of the photo trophies. At least its a good landmark — for example, the Corinth Canal in the game is easy to miss due to being very narrow — you need to look down at specific moment ;D. Since the crossing point is far from its ends, we can’t look at those crazy submersible bridges.

It was wise to release the Driving Academy module before the DLC with narrow streets and tight turns.

But, I still prefer to drive surrounded by trees and hills ;D. I bet the maps made in early 2010s could have one or two copy-pasted pictures as a graffiti (if they existed in the game back then). Today, if we are in Greece, the graffitis will have Greek words (in addition to YEAH ;D).

Looks good! :D

----

One thing I am noticing about Greece is that it has way more graffiti than I expected.

Ioannina is pretty interesting town. First, they have two available service stations near each other! So, this is where the service from Santa Maria have gone ;D. If drive further towards the Albanian border, you can meet a totally unexpected Starfighter  [excited] (it’s real, you can Google it by the number), and a funny bug with a distant mountain (also, the X-Ray inspection hall is located very inconveniently — you need to turn around after you pass the inspection and return on the same road you entered it).

As I have said yesterday, the road from Vlorë to Ioannina is a great location for making the first impression of the new DLC, even is it’s mostly located on the territory of older DLC ;D.

P.S. So, after UK and French Air Force signs which are counterparts to each other (red-white-blue and blue-white-red), we see another couple — Finnish, with white-blue-white circles and Greek, with blue-white-blue. Despite the same flag colour, Israel seems to be much more creative .

I just drive at the late evenings.
Really late evenings ;D.
The path to the most remote base at Athens has a dam and the dirt road, where you can find a small pack of dogs. The other depot has a new gates type (but the sound is still the same ;D) and more cats looking at you.

Tried some tiny islands. Cephalonia looks very out-of scale-on the map — that road is much closer to the bay. You can drive around it and then complete the circle with a short ferry ride (BTW, you can climb on the second level of the new vessel, but it’s nothing to do there). Those hills... are these steps natural or was it some kind of hill reinforcement? ???

Despite the big amount of ferry routes (there are two ferries in most of the ports), Lesbos is not available directly from Athens, so you take a ride to Chios, and then board to another ferry standing near to one you have just used. Mytilene (look at it by your own eyes, it’s too good to show spoilers) welcomes you with a Greek Statue of Liberty, and you drive to the depots through the beautiful seafront.

Greece is beautiful! :D  I will say the roads to the east are really rough so far.  Lot's of patchwork and as someone above said, there is a lot of graffiti. I am surprised.

I love how the towns, we get to drive right through them!

Only one complain — this DLC is smaller than the previous one ;D. For me, it took 17 deliveries to drive on almost all roads at least once.

With all those natural and architectural greatness, I have a valid excuse to be lazy in making the screenshots this time [excited].

It is surprisingly dirty and gritty. I love it. :D I love the small islands and how we are driving through tight town roads..... tight town RHODES.   [excited]

The "Depth" of some of these towns is pretty great! It really feels like you are in very compact towns and cities.  I will say this DLC has some of the most modern difficult turns and tight spaces I can remember.  Some I swear are truly impossible without damaging a very long trailer.
