The latest generation of the most powerful truck in both
*TS games is available! Unlike American manufacturers who started to cut the most powerful options, here the top engine has been boosted (by increasing the displacement from 16 to 17 liters) to 780 HP and 3800 N·m — expecting to see 800 and 4000 in the future generation

. Just like a new
Cascadia, the exterior of the basic cab has not changed visually so much, but we have a new «Aero» face (where you can see some genes from
Renault T
) and a fourth cab size option named
XXL (the same height as
XL, but a bit longer) — that means there are eight cabs in total. Of course, how can the 2024 truck can be without full LED headlights and «digital» mirrors? The lineup of chassis is full from the start, so you don’t need to wait for the next update to built your favorite 8×4 truck, but there are no
Volvo Tuning Pack details... for now.
So, I have a new truck to drive into reworked German cities

.

The new top engine is not only more powerful, but more quiet as well.
I don’t really like these small tachometers designed by
Volvo. This time they took some 1960's
Chevrolet speedometer with a vertical arrow and downsided it several times

.

Also, for not leaving the gap between
FH6 and
FH4,
FH5 is released as well!
Technically it is closer to
FH4 (the same engines, but Euro 6), but with a new dashboard and some little improvements made in 2016-2020 production years. Unlike the
FH6, here we have a full set of tuning pack options.
