Bruh. One time she didn't hand in her essay for class and her excuse?
"My frog jumped on my laptop and made it crash". For one, animals are not allowed on campus. Two: She doesn't own a frog. Three: the actual fück?
The second time it happened: "my dog ate my laptop". Like look. I've had my fair share of lying to a teacher or making up an excuse for why I didn't hand something in on time. But the key part in having it work is you make it believable and stick with the lie. I haven't lied to teachers in years now, but I do recall there's an art to it. Teachers aren't stupid. Don't underestimate their intelligence as they'll hate you more for thinking they're actually dumb enough to believe your bad excuses.
And that's good to hear, Numbers
