This gal from Blossom's vet class sounds like she's got a borderline personality disorder. Doesn't the school have academic advisers or some sort of mentoring program? Or at least an experienced older student who'd be willing to guide her? Maybe she just needs someone to keep her in line, make sure she doesn't get too outrageous or end up falling through the cracks. If she loves animals, why not suggest she volunteer at an animal shelter? She can hug cute puppies and kittens all day.
