 Like what old white haired man decided that that would be the best new law they could incorporate? I just, I'm so confused as to why anyone would do that. XD I'm still loving Arizona, the desert is my shit. California also has a shit load of beaches, and a lot of crazy shit to look at

It's like a huge skatepark for motorized vehicles that cosnstantly changes! The dunes are hella fun. It is really boring to walk through.

Worst central states?  Hmmm.  Well for sure we can make this line.  Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Kentucky.  Then for other reasons Ohio and Illinois suck as does Michigan.

If you like dunes, go to the Oregon Coast.... look up Bandon Dunes.

Boring doesn't equal worse in my book.  I'm accounting for jobs, blight, crime, economics, etc.  But yes, on a boring list, the Dakota's may be near the top.
