Yeah.  They can improve the wilderness in certain areas and make some places more accurate, make some more cities different.

Xbox was lacking a lot of first party games.  Sony dominated E3 again this year in terms of content.

Xbox also focused a lot on PC gaming.  So a lot of Xbox/PC games coming in the future that are cross platform.  The Xbox Scorpio... or whatever it is called is a beast of a system though.

Will be the most powerful system when it comes out.  So they have that going for them for sure.  They just don't have first party games to promote it right now.  They have Forza 7 coming, but that is it.

I think it will have a lot of buyers, but the original Xbox One will probably sell better the first year still.  The PS4 Pro is much cheaper then the Xbox One X, but the XOX is more powerful.
