Yeah, it's a page back.

She sneezes twice, has a build up, nose rubbing, nostril flaring.  Two separately drawn sneezes.  Not two sneezes on one panel.  Distinction between one sneeze to the next.

Yet they shared it to their patrons? 

The comic had a completely legit and funny reason, Starlight had the sneezes though.  Thats the problem!  It could have been released with fanfare!

Twice.  And I will say, they were well drawn.  Especially the first one, then she rubs her nose, revealing some nostril, then builds up to sneeze again.  Even after her nose rub, that tickle didn't go away.
