Okay, lets rank our favorite ETS2 Map DLC with your favorite at the top and least fav at the bottom!  GO!

Here are all the DLC's so you can easily move them around.

Iberia
Road to the Black Sea
Beyond the Baltic Sea
Italia
Vive la France
Scadinavia
Going East

So here are my personal favorite DLCs in ETS2.  I rank them purely off my enjoyment going through them.

Scadinavia
Iberia
Italia
Vive la France
Beyond the Baltic Sea
Road to the Black Sea
Going East

I like Scandinavia for the beauty, but it is dated in areas.  What I dislike about the DLC is the lack of going further north and the lack of cities and towns.  Iberia is awesome because of the motorways and the new step forward for the ETS2 staff in map making.  Italia is next because I love seeing the diverse cities of Italy and the islands.  What I dislike are the tolls every little bit.  Vive la France is next which I enjoy because the countryside is very pretty and it's an easy country to drive in, but I dislike the tolls.  Beyond The Baltic is good, but it is pretty flat with not a lot of variety of things to see.  All the cities are pretty spread out and I am not a fan of how long it can take to get from one part of town to the other, just because they force you to drive ring roads.  Not a lot of visual interest.  Road to the Black Sea is next because it also isn't all that visually interesting.  We get some neat new locations, but the road networks are so fragmented, it takes awhile to get anywhere.  That sadly leaves us with Going East for last.  It is the oldest DLC and it visually shows.  Pretty flat, not visually interesting, and it lacks the variety that newer DLCs have.

Texas Rocks! (no dashes required)

(SCS Twitter with video)
We had mountain screenshot packs, water bodies, farms... the next category is «cliffs and rock formations» ;D It’s cool when you know people who actually studied the geology and can make a hint how exactly certain type of rocks must look.

Okay, lets rank our favorite ETS2 Map DLC with your favorite at the top and least fav at the bottom!
Actually, the only DLC I can surely name its place is Going East! ;D. The same quality level as the 2012 game map plus tons of sunflower fields make this DLC the least favourite. Top DLCs are very close in the enjoyment level, but for now I can say my favorite is Iberia due to its size and the detail quality. The next one is Vive la France and then comes Italia. France has very balanced map with fair amount of freeways and secondary roads, Italy has a lot of great scenery, but not so much territory (although Sicily and Sardinia add big amount of sunny screenshot material) plus its toll booths sometimes annoy me with random Telepass gates location — In France, you may always follow the leftmost lane and never change it. Scandinavia is already showing its age ::|. Road to the Black Sea has a lot of details, but the slow-paced driving (somewhere the pieces of freeway appear only if there is no other way to connect two secondary roads ;D) sometimes makes me mad. As for eye pleasing, this DLC is still among the best ones ;D, the same with Beyond the Baltic Sea, but Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have to much slow roads, and the user-available part of Finland is too small.

So, this is my tier list:

Iberia
Vive la France
Italia
Scadinavia
Road to the Black Sea
Beyond the Baltic Sea
...
<big, big gap>
...
Going East

There are many great DLC's here, but sadly we all know who is last.

Iberia
Scandinavia
Italia
Beyond the Baltic Sea
Vive la France
Road to the Black Sea
Going East

Hands down, Iberia has the best roadways and the best visuals to date for the ETS side of things.  The roads are incredible, but there is a detriment... there is a lot of over engineering being done too.

Scandinavia is getting getting old and I think it needs to be re-touched someday, but I still like the nordic feel.  Going through the steep mountains and fjords is great too.

Italia is great, gritty, and has some great scenery.  Can't forget the islands.  The variations from Milano to Rome, to Sicily is all very nicely done.

Beyond The Baltic is pretty simple, but I have to admit I like it.  The unique stuff here is our first drive into Russia, Kaliningrad, and I love the spotlight on Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland.  The cities themselves are pretty meh, but I like the road networks which are simple and easy to traverse.

Vive la France is nice, but always forgettable to me for some reason.  I always think it was part of the base game, despite it being so much better in terms of detail. I think what lowers it for me is that so much of it is inland locations with very little coastal areas to see.

Road to the Black Sea is fine.  The quality is good, but the areas we go through don't have a whole lot to see.  Turkey was the "big thing" for this update, but honestly... Turkey might be one of my least fav new areas to drive.  Just not a fan.

Going East.... are we sure this isn't just the base game?

The updates still don’t come very often this week (the team needs their well-deserved rest ;D), so now I am catching up the level in Europe — in ATS, I have jumped forward too far after Montana DLC came out ;D.
I can say the red-lettered mudflaps for Schwarzmüller trailers are easier to match with trailer design than the mudflaps with blue Krone logo 8).

Ugh, ETS has only one hub cover (named Dragon) which is common for both truck and trailer wheels and covers the hub completely, and this cover don’t look really good. For some reason, I can’t use the Hatch cover (the same as one on my truck’s rear wheels) on trailer, despite I often see this usage IRL.

^ Nice truck and trailer. Wonder if SCS will ever add the new Actors ... it's such a minor change.

This is pretty different then most here, lol. The locations that are mostly flat or very old are at the bottom of my list.  Despite my raw hatred of toll roads and having to stop, Italia won because of the variation in cities.  I also liked the gritty cities in the south.  The Baltic DLC was too boring and samey everywhere.  Nothing looked all that unique from city to city.  Going East is last because of the reasons you all said before.

No information when exactly we can expect the introduction of new DUDE TGX in the game, but I still hope it will happen before Christmas. As I remember, the model editor screenshots with XF cabin for DAF 2021 were shown at early August of 2021, and the truck itself has been completed in early December... although they already had a lot of material from existing XG cabin, released in June ;D. So... I think this time the truck will be made during the similar amount of time.

We knew it was coming eventually.  I think SCS thinks this will hold over ETS players for the rest of 2022.  lol Not that they have a choice.

new DUDE TGX in the game...

I wonder when the new MAJESTIC truck will join the game?  ;)

DAV > DAF
Ivedo > Iveco
Majestic > Mercedes
DUDE > MAN
Runner > Renault
Swift > Scania
Valiant > Volvo

Honestly, I am really happy I found this game only in 2016, when all the brands already had the proper names. IVEDO is too cringy ::|.
MAN was the only brand with a real name, but it still may be interesting how they would play with its name if they had no licence at that time. For me, GUY looks a bit better than DUDE, at least the number of letters is the same.
I'm sensing a pattern here for last.
Well, the first edition of ETS2 map needed an expansion so desperately so even with a quality of the basic map this DLC had a success ;D.
