The Switzerland update is going to be amazing. The copy-pasted groups of trees on the distant mountains still exist , but the percentage of normally detailed trees is growing.
However, at that elevation there are almost no trees, which hepls developers to concentrate on drawing the rocks and snow.

Also... one of these screenshots gives me some flashbacks from Hard Truck 2 .

And here it is.  Not as much known stuff coming, but for sure Switzerland rework and Greece DLC.   If you like real trailer companies, there is a lot of that.   Further beyond 2024 is the Arctic North.

I just cannot believe we will be driving through snow in the base game! The background trees in image 4 and 5 are too uniform and look unnatural.  I am sure they will improve that since this is a work in progress.

Most of the photos in that Swiss Rebuild post seemed to be from Swiss Route 6 (formerly 8 ) and parts of Swiss Route 19 which passes the famous Turbinenraum (the restaurant hotel on the corner).  We also pass the lakes of Grimselsee and Raterichsbodensee in the photos.  It's going to be a very fun set of routes through this mountainous nation.

No, you wouldn't, Soda.   Lol!  German language speakers would be displeased with me. I wonder if even these words are easy to German's to spell?  Maybe @kiku could chime in about the length of German words and if native speakers remember how to spell them easily?

Outside of just German though, French and Italian are also important languages in Switzerland depending on which part of the country you are in and which border you are closest too.
