I wish we legit had three day weekends.  Two days is honestly not enough.  You need a full day to recover, and then when Sunday comes around, you are already thinking of having to go back to work again.  It would sure be nice to have three day weekends be the normal or at least be MORE normal and still get good benefits.

How could we make this happen? :-\

Three day weekends would make such a difference.

Even if it wasn't all in a row.  Such as two days in a row plus one floating extra day that can vary.  At least then you wouldn't be so tired of working a full five days in a row.

It would need to be done, unfortunately, at a political level for all to enjoy.  But there are some careers out there that already do this.  Albeit far and few between.
