So here are teasers below of what SCS revealed in the Christmas stream.... Things we mostly don't know about.

spoilers below

spoilers below

spoilers below

spoilers below

spoilers below

Improved lighting
Improved suspension
Volvo Truck Experience Centre
New Garages
Illinois (they showed photos of an amazing Chicago and revealed that there are roads in downtown)
Ireland
UK Rework  / Scotland
Benelux Rework
Route 66
Nevada rework
South Dakota / Mount Rushmore (Pavel thinks a photo from the game is real and humorously gets confused)
British Columbia.  Confirmed by the photos that all of Vancouver Island is in the game. Early photo of Vancouver.
Iceland
Company paint jobs / your brand paint jobs for ATS
Classic trucks for ATS including a Peterbilt and Scania
New Peterbilt truck
Remade Peterbilt 389
New classic Ford truck
2 New International trucks
New Mack Pioneer
New Volvo VNL
Road Trip
Route 66
Civilian vehicles in the game.
Walinga trailers for ATS.
Bobcat cargo for ATS and ETS2.
Dutch Tuning Pack for ETS2. Show truck pack.
Finally a new IVECO S-Way.
New Mercedes Actros
Renault T Update.
Scania update.
Thermo King cooling units.

Pavel says a lot of stuff has not been teased or shown yet.

Pavel noted that there is more fan excitement and sales to northern regions in ETS2 and ATS than southern regions.  Nordic Horizons is selling better than Spain or Greece for example.  He pondered if they should have worked on Northern countries and states sooner.

While I don’t really understand people who doesn’t own all the map DLCs (which are the primary must-have in my opinion ;D), I can say that Iberia and Nordic Horizons extend the map in one direction a lot, when Greece map is just filling a hole between Western Balkans and Turkey, so the main reason to buy it is the quality of landscape design ;D.

I don't get people not buying all the maps either, if they are dedicated hardcore fans, lol.  I guess money is a factor.

I guess money is a factor.
Anyway, the price of the basic game with only map DLCs is not comparable with any new video card ;D.
(or more or less advanced RAM module in the end of 2025 :-0)
The hardcore fans have an extra monitor used just for the *TS games (well, I use it for the widescreen movies sometimes ::|), or even the cockpit — in that case, the money doesn’t seem to matter, maybe it’s just preference.
(I remember how I ignored EqG for several months before one review convinced me to watch it... or years and years of not trying Fallout 3, which setting was much less appealing for me than New Vegas)

Okay, I have finished updating the list above!!

I mean, the game is really cheap and they offer a great price for DLC's.  Roughly $10 for a massive DLC is a good deal.

Antwerp looks great on these screenshots. It’s great they have more cities on the reworked map — two in the existing version of Belgium is too little, even for the map of so small scale... which, by the way, must be the reason why even reworked Switzerland doesn’t have Lucerne, Basel or Lausanne — in 1:20 scale, they are already too close to the existing three cities.

P.S. So, is this the final post of 2025? They still have one day ;D.

I wonder if these cities will feel too close together?

It's going to be tight.

I do think Liechtenstein and Andorra need to be represented.  In a hilarious way, just have a sign that says welcome, then followed instantly by a sign that says thanks for visiting.

And a wall of lethal lilies, like that classic Rocky and Bullwinkle episode.

Oh, and a sign at Malta with an arrow that says, "This way to our Falcon"... or maybe "Try our famous milk."

First post of this year!
Can’t say the truck stop screenshots are way too different from what we have seen in the previous states ;D.
