About to enter Kansas.  I have time for one haul.  Heading to Colby.

I'm starting west and slowly working my way east this time.

The land is so flat, so the draw distance can be not enough . Of course, when there are no fog (a new weather effect, which appears at morning and evening pretty often... but usually not as strong as on my picture). Even the bridges at the intersections seem to look lower than usual .

The new fog bugs me.  I wish we could turn it off.  It happens way too much.  I only see fog a handful of times a year it feels like irl.

I noticed the draw distance lacking even in Oklahoma because of the flatness.  I wish they could just improve that.  Other game studios can do it fine, so should they.

There was no bundle with the Farm Machinery DLC with Kansas.  But if you buy Kansas as part of the Great Plains Calling! Bundle you can save 15% off Kansas then if you purchased it alone. 

So if you buy Kansas and the Farming DLC like I mentioned above, you can get both for under $15 USD!  That is a good deal!

Speaking of the interchanges: sometimes you don’t have time to cut these stones and arrange them smoothly .

Considering how fertile the soil is in Kansas... it impresses me and makes me wonder how far away they had to go to even find stone.

Kansas, driving in right now, looks nice so far.

I think I have found the most flat part of Kansas — between Dodge City and Hays. Hays itself uses some interesting way to slow down the traffic . Later I was shocked by seeing the HILLS (!) north to Hays, also, at the same parallel near Garden City there are some rock formation which deserves to be a photo trophy more than the water tank of Hutchinson (the elevators from there look more impressive )

There are rolling hills in the south-central part of the state.  Funnily enough, it is the most remote, least populated part of the state.   Maybe it is lack of rivers?  I am not 100% sure.  Love the photos!

I honestly do not know how you have time to do all that so fast.  I've literally done two runs so far.  But it's the weekend now so I should have some more time.

I am loving Kansas and I am using it as a time to also revisit Oklahoma.  I want to appreciate it more because I feel OK was totally overlooked.  Kansas has been great so far, I truly love it.

I'm driving it more and exploring Colorado some more again.  Alll good things. It's opening up this region!
