Meanwhile, ATS 1.59 is available!

We have nine more days before the map expansion release, so the new Volvo VNL is probably going to be added at the end of this week or the beginning of the next one. Before that, we have time to admire the total redesign of all traffic sound . From what I have already noticed, there is some different train horn and a small chance to encounter the car with music on.

That was fast . So, researching the reworked Benelux is what I am going to do before the new content comes into ATS.
Finally, one of the oldest parts of the map has quality and variety level of its vegetation matching the recent DLCs. Sometimes the forests look like the parts planted in the year of the game release have finally grown big enough to be modelled.

The swing bridges near both ends of the Afsluitdijk rotate so slowly — you will lose a lot of time if you need to give way to a small yacht. If you look at this place at Google Maps, you may notice that even if it looks shorter than the real location, it’s still much less compressed than in pre-1.59 version.

Custom Depots of Iceland

P.S. After several deliveries to the reworked cities I started worrying about the sunflower fields . But nope, not all of them were removed — and this one looks much bigger than we had before (and still have in other countries drawn in 2012-2014).
