Hahaha!  I also started my very first garage in England.  This was before any DLC was made for the game, so everything looked... well.... there was a lot of sunflower fields. ;D  When additions to the game came, especially after Scandinavia, I really stopped going to England, Poland, France, etc.  They just didn't look as good.  Over time I got over that and went everywhere and now I have a garage in many places.  Today the only major ETS2 country I don't have a garage in is Turkey.  I just don't go that direction much anymore, yet I got to Bulgaria and other countries around there.  (Can't wait for the Balkins / Greece).

I think that new hires should cost more each time maybe?  That seems unrealistic though, but it might ad some more challenge when growing.  (Nix my idea, it should be an option).

The popular move against becoming rich too quickly are the mods where the cargo prices are lowered — many of gamers agree that *TS’s economy is very generous ;D.
I think the best solution is to add the slider (ETS/ATS menus have a lot of them ;D) named «Overall Cargo Price» — from 5% to (default) 100%.

UPD:
There was not a secret what was meant to be the next state after Texas, but time for the teaser (don’t very like most of them, Italian one is still my favorite) has come only today ;D.

It is a teaser for the state of Montana as some of our "insiders" here at PSF have been saying.  They've (insiders) been saying this has been being worked on far a lot longer than we expected.  They might even really close to completing it and moving to another state without us knowing.

Some green grass of Texas ;D... and not very green as well. I can say it’s pretty unusual to see almost flat terrain after two (and before one ;D) mountains-filled states. So, the next screenshot pack about the nature will probably be from the desert area.

Nothing there can be figured out as to it's location.  Just vast, emptiness.  That's much of Texas.

Remember, this state is going to be bigger than any other country so far in ETS2.  It's huge!!! Bigger than France, Spain, Germany, UK, everything.  Lol. So this a huge undertaking for the team.

I can't say it looks all that impressive.  It's pretty boring, pretty flat.  A lot of the upcoming states are going to be like this.  Flat, boring.

Is that American Lines trailer new?  I like how it looks.

American Lines came out with Wyoming.  So it is very likely you haven't seen them yet. :D  They have a single depot in Cheyenne.  Looks like we will be seeing more of them.  Possible as a central US company.

So, in the near future we will finally have an ability to take this forum-specific cargo ;D not from some resellers, but directly from its manufacturer. I can say I like the design of that brick building with sloped roof — looks like the factory has long history and the brick building is the last remained original part of it.
