What a shame.
Mr. New Vegas was able to read his news with passion despite being a computer ;D.

So, I already have the truck for new DLC exploration. Just the modest Scania, but with new engine and digital dashboard. A couple of double Krone trailers are on the way to my garage in Oslo — the closest one to the new roads.

Anyway, the digital dashboard is still way more boring than new Kenworth T680. Several straight lines with small numbers look horrible, and the BIG navigation screen takes all the attention.

But I like the engine sound. I don’t know is this only for new engines or did they replace all Scania V8 sounds, but 770 HP sounds really deep.
All these countries are already highlighted for ten years, so the sign of the upcoming map update is the ability to turn the map further to the north ;D.

Also, when you have the older Scandinavian roads explored, you can see how many little parts were reworked (not only the junctions and interchanges) — some fragments look striped almost as a wasp ;D.

BTW, what these numbers on the boat motor mean?

For 2,5 HP, it looks too big, if it’s 250 HP, that small boat may be a bit too extreme ;D.

Good updates!

I don't think they had any idea what the numbers meant on the boat motor either. ;D

This has to be one of the most lifeless news reporters and reports I've ever witnessed.  Apparently Canada just noticed they are coming to American Truck Simulator!  This is a news report from CBC!  The reporter as I said is lifeless and shows zero excitement (terrible work) but we see some SCS faithful and some other's opinions.

That was awful. ;D Wow!

More education from SCS ;D.
The reworked roads with lots of new trees and buildings make me look around more often to find what else they have added, so I noticed some pig barn with huge fans. Just like the rotary rakes I never heard about before the Krone Equipment DLC, this turned to be a real stuff... not a pun on Pink Floyd’s «Pigs On The Wind Wing».

That means Louisiana has to be very close. Probably shortly after Nordic Horizons?
Two weeks, I guess?
Correction: one week [excited].
So, the first half of December will be very busy.

How are we going to have enough time to explore everything? ;D  SCS keeps doing this.  They release them too close to each other making me feel rushed. ;D I guess it's a good problem to have

EVEN SOONER: Louisiana DLC for American Truck Simulator will be released on December 4th, 2025.
